The main festival location on Kurt-Schumacher-Damm is well worth visiting on different occasions. People gather here for the traditional German-French fair, the ‘REWE Family’ summer festival, Oktoberfest in autumn, and the Berlin Spring Festival, which takes place from 24 March to 17 April for the 47th time.
Around 60 show professionals will set up their stalls and attractions on the fairgrounds. With octopus rides, roller coasters, breakdancing and ferris wheels, there is all kinds of fun to be had for all ages.
There will be a big fireworks display on Saturday 25 March and Saturday 15 April around 10:00 p.m., and every Wednesday is Family Day, with all carrousels and rides for half price.
Of course there will also be culinary delights to enjoy. Best of all, entry is free!
Well worth the trip to Reinickendorf, the Spring Festival is open every day Monday to Saturday from 2:00 p.m. and Sunday and on the Easter holidays from 1:00 p.m. It is closed on Good Friday – 14 April.
