From the aletto Kudamm you can reach the Messe Berlin and the ICC quickly and easily. Opposite the aletto Potsdamer Platz is the STATION Berlin.

Both hotels have good local and long-distance transport connections. BER Airport can also be reached quickly and easily via public transport. If you arrive by car, you will find public parking garages in the immediate vicinity of both hotels.

How far is it to the exhibition center?

From aletto Hotel Kudamm it takes about 10 minutes by taxi to get to the ICC exhibition center. By public transport it takes about 15 minutes. If you use public transport from aletto Potsdamer Platz, it will take you about 20 minutes - by taxi about 15 minutes.
When can I arrive/depart?

Check-in is possible from 3 pm, check-out until 11 am. If you have booked the late check-out, you can check out until 1 pm.

Sure! Each of our hotels has a spacious luggage room where you can store your things upon arrival.

Scusa - both hotels do not have their own parking spaces, but in the immediate vicinity there are parking garages where you can leave your car for a fee. Ask at the reception for tips and check the download documents for directions!

Is there an option to book lunch and dinner?

Lunch and dinner can be booked for organizational reasons only for groups of 25 people or more - scusa. In such a case, please order the meals at least 14 days in advance and inform us about special preparations (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal) one week before arrival. Our packed lunches, which can be booked on request, will provide you with enough energy during your city trip. At aletto Potsdamer Platz our acucina Italiana is open for our guests on Fridays and Saturdays and serves Italian classics like pizza, pasta & antipasti.
At what times can I have breakfast?

Our balanced all-you-can-eat breakfast buffet is open from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. during the week and from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on weekends and public holidays. Grab another coffee from “We Proudly Serve Starbucks (R)” and you're in for the right start to the day. Buon appetito!

When are the bars at both houses open?

The hotel bars of the aletto Kudamm and the aletto Potsdamer Platz try to fulfill your wishes. However, fancy drinks like cocktails can only be prepared as long as the bartenders are in the house (from 4 pm to 10 pm).
Can I store my valuables in a secure location?

Of course! Each hotel room has a safe. You can also leave your valuables at the reception desk.
Is there a wake-up service in the hotels?

No, we do not offer that. However, the smart TVs in the rooms do have an alarm function.

Are the hotels barrier-free?

aletto is barrier-free — bravo! “Travel for all” has successfully tested and certified us for accessibility. In addition to general accessibility, several rooms have been designed barrier-free. We at aletto love animals and generally your little companions are welcome to come along. Please note, however, that pets must be registered in advance and may be refused in certain cases. A fee of EUR 15 will also be added to your accommodation costs for extra cleaning.

Yes, the accommodation costs can be paid for with a valid company credit card or an advance transfer by your company in good time.
How can I pay at aletto?

Only cashless payments are possible in our hotels. You can easily pay with Apple & GooglePay, Paypal, EC cards, Amex & Maestro, Visa and Mastercard / Eurocard. When booking, check the payment methods in the reservation conditions and contact the friendly staff at our reception if you have any questions.
When does the "nighttime quiet time" apply?

From 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. there is a night silence and we ask you to respect this out of consideration for other travelers. In the bar and lounge area, of course, you can still stay around the clock and talk to others.
I have lost my invoice. How do I get a new one?

Can my event be promoted via social media?
