Eligibility requirements‍

Participation in the prize draw by aletto Hotels (represented by aletto Service & Marketing GmbH) or created by collaborations between influencers and aletto hotels (represented by aletto Service & Marketing GmbH), hereinafter referred to as operator or organizer, is free of charge and is subject exclusively to these conditions of participation.‍

Prize draw process
The duration of the prize draws is from 06.12.2023 11:00 a.m. to 24.12.2023 20:00. Within this period, users will have the opportunity to take part in our “Christmas competition” prize draw. We are giving away the prize among all participants who like the post, mark it under the corresponding post and follow @alettohotels, as well as our partner on Instagram.

attendance
In order to take part in the draw, it is necessary to follow the relevant rules as mentioned in the post. The winner will be notified by us via a direct message within two days of the end of the draw and must then send an email with their address and the username of their Instagram account to marketing@aletto.com. Comments received after the closing date for entries will not be taken into account in the draw. It is prohibited to use multiple Instagram accounts to increase the chances of winning. Teilnahmeberechtigt sind natürliche Personen, die Ihren Wohnsitz in Deutschland und das 14. Lebensjahr vollendet haben. Die Teilnahme ist nicht auf Kunden des Veranstalters beschränkt und nicht vom Erwerb einer Ware oder Dienstleistung abhängig. Sollte ein Teilnehmer in seiner Geschäftsfähigkeit eingeschränkt sein, bedarf es der Einwilligung seines gesetzlichen Vertreters oder eine stellvertretende Teilnahme des Gesetzlichen Vertreters.

All persons involved in the design and implementation of the prize draw and employees of the operator as well as their family members are not eligible to participate in the competition.

In addition, the operator reserves the right to exclude persons from participation at its own discretion if there are legitimate reasons, such as (a) manipulation in connection with access to or execution of the competition, (b) in case of violations of these terms of participation, (c) for unfair action or (d) for false or misleading information in connection with participation in the competition.

Prize, notification and transfer of profit
The winners will be determined two days after the end of the draw as part of a random draw among all participants. The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner or to the legal representative of the minor winner. It is not possible to exchange, collect it yourself, pay out cash or pass on the prize to third parties. If the profit is sold or passed on, the profit claim expires. The operator will bear any costs incurred for sending the prizes. Additional costs associated with claiming the prize are borne by the winner. The winner is responsible for any tax on the prize. If, after being asked twice, the winner does not answer within a period of 2 weeks, the prize can be transferred to another participant.

End of the competition
The organizer expressly reserves the right to end the competition without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the competition from running as planned.‍

Data protection
It is necessary to provide personal data to participate in the competition. The winner assures that the personal information they provide, in particular their first name, last name and email address, is truthful and correct.

The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant will neither be passed on to third parties nor made available for use by third parties without consent.

The participant can withdraw their stated consent at any time. The revocation must be sent in writing to the contact details provided in the organizer's legal notice area. After withdrawal of consent or completion of the competition, the collected and stored personal data of the participants (except that of the winner) will be deleted immediately.

Instagram disclaimer
This competition is not connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram. The recipient of the data provided by participants is not Instagram, but aletto Service & Marketing GmbH, Hardenbergstr. 21, 10623 Berlin. Participants cannot make any claims against Instagram that arise in connection with participation in the prize draw.

Applicable law
Questions or complaints in connection with the competition must be addressed to the operator. Contact options can be found in the legal notice area or via direct message to the aletto Instagram account.

The operator's competition is exclusively subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.

Salvatory clause
Should any provision of these terms of participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of participation. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally admissible provision shall apply which comes closest economically to the meaning and purpose expressed in the ineffective provision. The same applies in the event of a regulatory gap in these conditions of participation.
